The Event:
The San Fernando Valley Community Mental Health Center, Inc., the largest non-profit mental health services provider of its kind in Los Angeles, is holding an exciting fundraising event for connoisseurs of fine wine, chocolate and automobiles. This intimate tasting event is an excellent opportunity to allow people to sample your products while helping to support the Center’s work in the community.
The Location:
This event will be held at the very exclusive “Collection Room” at Galpin Motors in the San Fernando Valley. The Collection is a showcase of some of the most impressive automobiles ever to grace the road, including cars from the private collection of Galpin Motors’ Owner Bert Boeckmann. Your presentation table will be set amidst Astin Martins, rare Shelby Mustangs, Jaguars, Ford GTs and one-of-a-kind vintage cars.
The Opportunity:
There is room for a very limited number of winemakers, chocolatiers and restaurateurs. By keeping the event intimate, you will stand out! It costs you nothing to participate. Providing samples of your products for our attendees is all we ask. As a participant, you will have the chance to talk about your product in a relaxed intimate setting where attendees will be free to mill about. You can distribute business cards, fliers, order forms and other information to help build awareness of your business.
Winemakers will each have a table for tastings and to talk about wine and food pairings. Wineries with restaurants will want to consider joining forces to bring dessert tasters to demonstrate pairings with their wines.
Restaurateurs & Chocolatiers will each have a table with which to present decadent dessert tasters and canapés.
This is a perfect opportunity to stand out as one of only a select few participants in this event as you show your support for the Center and its work in the community.

Winery Participant/Sponsor:
Promote your winery/vineyard and have fun doing it.

Restaurant. Bakery, Chocolatier, Specialty Shop Participant/Sponsor:

Other Sponsorship Opportunities:
Wine Tasting Glass Sponsor ($2,000):
Have your company name and logo etched on tasting glass keepsake for each attendee.
Chocolate Fountain Sponsor ($1,500):
Your company name and logo will be prominently displayed at the Chocolate Fountain Station as the sponsor. The chocolate fountain will undoubtedly be the most frequently visited spot of the evening.
Decadence “Station” Sponsor ($1,500):
Companies will be prominently listed as the sponsor for your choice of a dessert, wine or hors d’oeuvres table. The Center will arrange for the food or wine.
Bistro Table Sponsor ($400):
Your company name and logo placed on a bistro tables. You can also include a promotional brochure about your company.

Participants bringing food are encouraged to bring small “finger food” portions.

You will receive a listing and link on the Center’s web site through May 2007.

Selling is not permitted; however, you are encouraged to distribute promotional materials directing attendees to where they can purchase your products.
