YOUTH CONTACT SCHOOL BASED:
Clients in this program are young adults, ages 17 & 21, who suffer from serious behavioral and emotional disorders and require assistance as they make the transition into early adulthood. reader_icon05

TRANSITIONS:
 This program offers a creative and flexible continuum of care model to serve young adults, ages 18 to 21, who have been identified and authorized by the L.A. County Department of Mental Health for Adult Residential services or referred from sources approved by the Department. reader_icon05

Transitional Age Youth Full Service Partnership: Provides services for those aged 17-22 who have a mental illness, co-occurring disorder, homeless or at-risk of homelessness, aging out of the children’s mental health system of care, may be exiting long-term institutional care and/or experiencing their first serious incident.
