Children’s System of Care: Intensive mental health services for children and youth ages 0-17 with severe emotional disorders who are at risk of placement in level 12 or 14 group homes

Children’s Full Service Partnership: A family-based treatment where children 0-16 are involved that develops an individualized family-centered plan to address issues including mental health, housing, vocational and educational support.

East Valley Youth & Family Center: Provides outpatient mental health services to meet the needs of children and adolescents who have emotional or behavioral problems by enabling youth to remain in their current home and school environments while developing coping skills, a positive sense of self worth, and an enriched quality of life.[include Youth & Family Combined brochure]

Family Preservation: Provides early, intensive in-home services to strengthen families and parenting for those identified as at risk for child abuse and prevent the removal of children from their home environment.reader_icon03

Juvenile Justice Outpatient Services: Provides mental health services to juvenile probationers and youth at risk of gang involvement.

Nidorf Juvenile Hall Program: Works with non-violent youth to address issues that put them at risk of repeated placements in detention centers.

Project SAFE: In partnership with The Help Group, provides services to help prevent maltreatment my pregnant/parenting teens and families with high risk children ages 0-5.

North Valley Youth and Family Center: The North Valley Youth and Family Center’s mission is to provide clinic and schoolbased services to meet the needs of emotionally disturbed children and adolescents who may also suffer from substance abuse. reader_icon03 (Click here for Spanish PDF )

Multisystemic Therapy: Provides intensive services to families of probation youths.  The program focuses on treating children in the settings in which they must learn and live.reader_icon03
